From inception giving back has been central to the mission of SIPS Spring Water, you can take pride in knowing that your sales contribute to helping us give back. A few of the causes we have supported over the years include:
-
Campbell Town Association
- This association has been a major beneficiary of our charity over the years. Chaired by our Managing Director, Mr. Garth Kitson, the main objective of this association is the upliftment of the youths from this inner city community and empowering them to realize their full potential.
- Over the years SIPS has sponsored the annual community fairs along with many tuition scholarships.
-
St. Vincent Hurricane Relief
- In the aftermath of the Soufriere volcano in 2021, SIPS Spring Water made donations of bottled water for the survivors.
-
Jones Town Primary School
- An annual contribution is made towards the school’s building fund. Additionally, in recognition of its 120th anniversary, a contribution was made towards the school magazine to ensure proper commemoration of such a historic occasion.
-
Divine Intervention
- An initiative spearheaded by young Christians from various church denominations to feed the homeless people in the metropolitan area on a monthly basis.
-
Other Charitable Works
- The Company embraces its giving back principles through support of many other social and developmental events, including: Pagee Beach Fisherman Regatta – Port Maria; Jamaica Poetry Festival, Wolmer’s Girls Track and Field Training Camp, and the Pharmaceutical Association of Jamaica 5K Walk/Run among others
